Step1｜初步聯繫 Initial Contact
透過信件、訊息或表單，我們能夠初步了解您的需求，並安排一場彼此對話的時間。
We begin by understanding your needs through email, messaging, or an inquiry form, and arrange a time to connect.
Step2｜深入了解 Understanding
在對談中聆聽理解您的需求，透過案例聚焦釐清目標，確認時程，並建立執行方向的共識。
Through conversation and case sharing, we clarify goals, align timelines, and build mutual understanding.
Step3｜合作確認 Project Kickoff
依據需求及時程提供報價與協議，雙方確認簽訂，於支付訂金(提供發票)與提供必要素材後，正式啟動設計。
Based on the project scope and schedule, we provide a quotation. Once confirmed, we move forward with a signed agreement. With the deposit and essential assets received, the creative process begins.
Step4｜設計進行 Design Process
我們將根據策略目標與受眾特性，發展多樣設計提案，經過回饋調整，精修至最合適的成果。
We develop multiple design directions tailored to your goals and audience. Through rounds of feedback and refinement, we shape the most suitable outcome.
Step5｜成果交付 Final Delivery
設計確認後，我們會整理出完稿檔案提供。若您有製作上面的需求，我們也能夠提供材質與後製方式的建議，
或是協助聯繫後製端，整合設計及後製端的服務。尾款通常會在設計確認後或是進入後製前支付(提供發票)，
我們會在流程中說明及載明合約，讓每個階段都安心。
Final files will be delivered after design approval. If production is needed, we can suggest materials or help coordinate with vendors. The remaining fee is typically settled at this stage, with all terms clearly outlined in advance.
